Run, don't walk away from this property. It was nice when I moved in back in 2015, but it has really gone down hill since then. The carpets in the halls are black from dirt. For about 4 months, the door of the basement was vandalized and no one bothered to clean it up. Mold is present in the storage area and the washer and dryer in the basement always breaks. You are then told that it is up to you to ratify the problem by calling the washer company. The smell in the hallways can get so bad that I have to hold my nose to walk out of the building. And of course rent is increasing every year by $50. Also, I was told that in order to use the clubhouse for a free community event, I would be charged $300, not including the $150 security deposit. this place is not worth $985 a ;s not even worth $700 now. Rude office staff. After voicing my complaints, Debbie from the main office told me, "well why did you renew your lease then." What kind of customer service is that. Also, the floorboards are loose in my living room and haven't been fixed. Mold keeps forming in the shower in the bathroom and strong odors seep from one apartment to another.
