Do yourself a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE!.. I lived in a 2 bdroom for a year and moved out a few mos. ago. by far, WORST apt. complex I've stayed in. I'll start with the good.. it's located in a great area and right next to highway (end of good).. the buildings are literally 40+ yrs. old, black mold developed on the bdroom wall, the maintenance guy came by with a jug of bleach to "wipe" it off.. appliances break often and are very cheaply made. people smoke weed in the hallways, no gated community, oh yeah! BUGS! there is a terrible bed bug problem in the whole community. a few mos. after I moved in there was a "communinty newsletter" sent out pretty much saying if you have bed bugs is your responsibility to deal with them. besides of an array of other bugs that crept through those "old" walls... lastly, the office personnel are THIEVES, I moved out with "minor" wear & tear, and they kept my whole $500.00 deposit AND charged $200.00 extra for minimal stains.. thank me later for this heads up, DO NOT MOVE IN LEXINGTON VILLAGE!
