Horrible apartment complex. I have been here 2 years and the heat has broke about 6 times. Each time I have had to go multiple days wi th no heat in the middle of super cold temps. No communication from them saying what the hold up was. Management changes too often, I've never seen the same ppl in their. Maintenance guys are very unknowledgeable, I actually fixed something on my own before he figured out how. Now they want to "kick me out" because I'm difficult to deal with... of course I'm gonna yell and complain when you make me go multiple days with no heat. I went to office to complain about no heat, and they called the cops on me. I advise anyone who is dealing withno heat to contact Fox 2 problem solvers, and have them put them on blast all over the news. I have already filed a complaint with state of Michigan and the BBB. :) yea there are also giant rats that live by dumpsters. And there is also constant sewege smell coming out of basement. The price is also way to high for such a crappy place. Th e only plus while I was living here is my job was a 5 min drive. But I will gladly have a 20 minute commute than live here. I would rather be homeless than to live here. Please save yourself some time and sanity and do not live here. I have lived in many places in the past ten years, this by far takes the cake. I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
