"Seething with contempt even a rapist couldn't conspire" That quote doesn't even do justice to what I feel Let me illustrate by saying, Yes, you can ticket a pregnant woman speeding 5 MPH over the speed limit on her way to the hospital, but is it ETHICAL? Ethics deal with RIGHT vs. WRONG Sure, Lexington can LEGALLY get around certain questionable practices. But they are UNETHICAL disguised under "legal" and "contract" The purpose of a contract is to protect both parties, not to use it as a tool to take advantage of the law. The spirit of the law is to protect and do good for all. Clearly, Lexington abuses this right and privilege. Lexington's "Bread and Butter" involves withholding information/not communicating, and instead, sends courts papers without warning, leveraging the contact and law to crush you. Clearly, Lexington positions themselves so that the tenant's morale is crushed to the point where they simply give in. The Landlord displays extreme lack discernment; right vs wrong, better vs best, the inability to see gray areas, and the inability to negotiate for both parties. Instead, they simply execute the same cookie-cutter execution, regardless of circumstance. But thank you, I have a better understanding of why some people commit crimes and why the good turn bad. Some word of advice: When Lexington does the bait-and-switch to divorce ---- you, (and they will), do not expect them to help you. Again, they will withhold information, not respond. Instead, call the attorneys
