I'm a current resident at Lexington village and can not wait until my lease is up, my rent went up almost $100 and there has been no changes done to my apartment so I'm paying a increase why? I barely home so I know it's not the utility fee they charge its because they decided to work on pavement outside instead if concentrating on the issues inside, the bbn inside if my building is always dirty I find my self sweeping the hallway and steps down putting plug in air fresheners in the hallway because the smell is unbearable, there's suppose to be a limiting how many ppl reside in an apartment but that's bs my one neighbor has at least 10 ppl in their apartment it's always loud they dont fix anything the pricing is just ridiculous.. I have safety issues they leave the buildings open so if you have a stalker best believe they will have access to your building it's been a terrible experience and I'm looking forward to the end of my lease.... PLEASE BEWARE ITS TERRIBLE HERE!!!!
