Out of all of the apartments I've ever lived in this was THE WORST experience. My lease was up on the 31st a few months back and I went to turn my keys in that day and no one was there. I called and left 2 voicemails, NO RETURN. I emailed them twice that week, NO REPLY. A Couple weeks later I finally got ahold of someone, turned my keys in, and they sent me a bill in the mail to charge me for those weeks. I hand wrote 2 letters and dropped them in the drop box, NO REPLY & NO CALL BACK. I finally decided they aren't worth the fight and sent my check in the mail, they cashed it, and somehow I got a letter today from collections stating I never paid. Still to this day months later I never received a call or email back and the worst part is, collections coming after me for something that I paid! The way this office is ran is absolutely unprofessional and trash. Will never recommend to anyone again.
