Living here has been the WORST experience!!!!!!! Without ANY letter/email or notice of warning they came into my home while both me and my boyfriend were sleeping in bed naked. They came and woke us up even though neither of us had covers on so we were fully nude and they proceeded to ask us questions. I was woken up in pure fear, random people at my bedside waking me up while naked!!!!! We were both a but confused what was going on due to had just being asleep and they did not care they were not leaving the bedroom until we answered their questions regarding the apartment. Ever since I've been petrified living here thinking that might happen again. I brought up the situation the leasing office and they did not care AT ALL all they said was my safety was important to them but thats all lies. Also almost every month I pay my rent the first and I receive a confirmation and then on the 6th when late fees apply im notified my payment didn't go through and now need to pay late fees! I have complained many many many times but they don't care whatsoever! There is Black mold, every sink leaks, water comes right through the windows and even the floors leak. And I know the leasing office is going to reply with some bs about how they care but its all for show! I'm scared to live here!!!!!
