It was great but prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Dog crap is constantly not picked up, Anytime we get good staff they leave, and new tenants seem to being getting worse and worse. Yet I've lived here for years, do my own maintained, always pay my rent, clean up and am respectful and my rent has gone just kept going up. Instead of making good people want to stay they just make you want to leave. Just like any good managers all have been over work and under paid and left. To bad because location and everything is great. Even apartments are really nice but are just being let go to waste by poor management.

    Very hard to get ahold of. I've had several emails and phone calls not returned. Also find the parking situation frustrating. We get threatened to be towed when we don't park in a spot but there are people parking at the complex who do not live there. A trailer has been parked in a spot for months, never moved or towed but I get threatened to have my car towed when I get home late after working at the hospital and can't find a parking spot near my apartment, so I park on the side of the street.

      Overall, my experience living here has been positive. The community is generally quiet and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for daily needs. The leasing staff has been responsive when I've had questions, and any minor maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable timeframe. The amenities and common areas are kept clean, and the property feels safe. Like any apartment community, there are occasional small issues, but nothing major. Overall it has been a comfortable place to live.

        Living at The Haven Apartments has been an incredible experience from day one. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the office team. Brian and Goran go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed, valued, and heard. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about creating a positive living environment for everyone in the community. Any time I've had a question or needed assistance, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude. The atmosphere here feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. The team does a fantastic job organizing events, keeping the property looking great, and making residents feel at home. If you're looking for a place where management truly cares and the living experience reflects that, The Haven Apartments is the place to be.

        Love my apartment and the area it is in. Being on the first floor is a little challenging with how loud the walking is above me. Need more sound proofing in between floors. Also need to keep up better with snow removal. My walkway from front door to parking lot is always snowy and icey

          Apartments cheaply made. You will hear your upstairs neighbors constantly. High electric bills every month. Will not be renewing my lease. Still have not fixed my refrigerator. It is barely cold. Apartments are NOT insulated. Not good apartments

            Old management was great and helpful, new management is dismissive, ignores maintenance requests, sneaks overcharges without telling you, and allows equipment in gym to be broken even though we pay for that.

              The staff is very helpful but only one person being around makes it a little difficult to always get to someone in the office. Our neighbors seem to be great except for one of the dogs. The parking is pretty bad however.

                I love my apartment the appliances size of my rooms are exactly what I need The people that work here are very helpful. and courteous they have a pool BBQ pit very close to shopping movie theater restaurants

                  Modern, and spacious with extra amenities of a pool, fitness center, and business center. Beautiful well maintained grounds. Friendly office staff. Great location to shopping, schools, and highway access.

                    I have lived here for many years and have had a great experience UNTIL Ram partners took over. I much preferred prior management. I feel that current management has let building doors be broken for too long, let the community space become a mess and rates/hidden fees are absurd. Additionally, communication was a mess in the transition and rent payments became confusing and messy for a while.

                      Zero management over promised --------

                      Day 1 the apartment was never cleaned, or repainted as stated by law. Animal and pubic hair everywhere inside the apartment. Looked like human feces in the washing machine and dog feces everywhere. The noise from the poeple above you is unbelievable, and nobody does to fix anything. Send any request to get something fixed do it yourself they never come. More ambulances here for any kind of overdose you can imagine. I wouldnt recommend anyone to let their pets live here, so obviously don't allow your family to move in. From the over promised luxury living apartment they charge you for its the worst place ever. But hey if a hand written apology letter works for you come join the circus. Abandoned cars zero maintenance inside or out this place will be a run down homeless shelter soon. Cant wait to gtfo out of here when my house is ccompete, and we can watch the place from a distance fall apart. Btw the amenities the brag about during your move in process are not opened unless the office staff is there. Which they leave early on friday the 1st when your paying rent because they want out early. Maybe this is the new normal but not for anyone I know

The apartment was scheduled to undergo a complete cleaning by a third-party cleaning company that failed to notify us that they would not be able to complete the job. After being notified of the apartment's condition, our Property Manager offered to immediately schedule a deep cleaning, which was denied. During several interactions, you continued to mention your dissatisfaction with the condition of the apartment, which was met with the same offer of scheduling a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation and restore your comfort and satisfaction, we were not offered the opportunity to make things right.                         I love this community because the staff is excellent. They are kind and quick to follow-up when you have a question. Maintenance is outstanding! If you ever have a maintenance issue, the Service Technician is very quick to react and solve the problem. I would highly recommend this complex! Joe

                          I was not a fan of The Haven experience, though some of it had to do with bad luck. The neighbors above us were extremely noisy and because the builder opted for the cheap route when adding insulation, we heard everything! Not to mention, because of the poor quality of the build, energy bills were through the roof! Also, there is the noise that comes from inside the apartment. The heater is electric, loud and constantly running. In addition, and i know this sounds like a trivial gripe, but the ice maker in the freezer makes a clicking noise when it's automatically filly the ice bin and is very annoying. Lastly, because they decided to only outfit the kitchen and bathrooms with lights, it was exceedingly dark in the living room and bedrooms all the time. Sure, you can put in your own floor lamps, but those were not a big help. Ohhh yeah, they will also ding you for as much as they can to get more money from you. At the end of the lease, they want you to return your parking stickers from your cars, which in our case, we're mostly destroyed from car washes and Michigan weather, so they charged us $50 per sticker that we could not give back. Why they need a sticker back is beyond me.

                            My overall experience at the Haven has been a very positive one. My wife and I have lived here for well over a year and have enjoyed our time. The front desk/office staff are great to work with, the gym is very accessible and has everything we need to work out, and the maintenance team is prompt and friendly. They allow dogs which is great for our 25# shelty-poodle and the neighborhood/surrounding areas are great. The overall building are nice, and save for some occasionally noisy neighbors, are very peaceful. Keep up the great work Haven!

                              The Haven is a great place to live, not to mention the convenient location. The management team is very friendly and always helpful. When something, like a light bulb outage, happens the service guys will come and replace it the day I put the requests in.
