This is a family-friendly place. And conveniently located near all the markets. The community is close to the important highways I need when I go to work. It is also very convenient to a number of Big Hospitals and Medical facilities if need be.

The property managers are amazing they are fast responding and handle issues you might have right away! They give you options to your issue as well if needed to accommodate you ! I moved in had an issue they handled it with in 24 hours !

Townhouse was not clean at all when we moved in. Said they were going to clean several times and never did. Toliet clogged and overflowed several times. Fixtures and floor boards dirty. Lots of scuffs and marks.

My experience was great. Loved the communication rather it was through email or a phone call. The only thing I didn't like was we didn't get to view the floor planned we originally wanted to apply for.

It's only been a month, but so far so good! We enjoy the spacious home for our family, and we hope to live here for many years to come. We appreciate the brand new carpet, flooring, etc. The only slight issue we experienced which wasn't a big deal at all was the cleanliness upon move-in. Lots of unknown pet hair in vents, under cabinets, on top of cabinets, and the washer seemed as if it had never been cleaned before. Only other thing was the carpet installation. We absolutely love the carpet and hope it holds up for many years. We just noticed that some areas were very poorly installed, so we hope it holds up. We can handle all of this for what this community offers for our family! Neighbors are fantastic, and the property is very quiet. My only wish is that residents would be a bit more considerate of the 5mph as I've noticed quite a few going 15+. Could be quite dangerous with the amount of children living here. Thank you all for what you do, we appreciate it greatly!

We Love living at summit. It's a great community. We definitely recommend to my family and friends. It's a family friendly neighborhood if you have children. The neighbors are so friendly. We love summit.

We are very well and comfortable for more than 4 years living here. The only detail is that people have many more cars than 4 because more than one family lives in the houses and that affects community expenses. We are 4 people and there are houses that live more than 10. This detail is what I do not like. Because the parking lots are always full. And the garbage is generated a lot and I pay too much for it.
