Arbor Glen management
7:21 Arbor Glen has been helpful for me. The management has bent over backwards to assist me. They take good care of me and very nice. Believe me, I am very picky and they address all of my concerns and needs. I love the staff and management. She is doing a great job. This is like a home to me.

Hi my name is Nargis. I will say this. Whoever is looking for an apartment look no further. Arbor glen is the place to stay. Great management. From Susan to Lisa to Sammy and all maintenance employees. Excellent place to stay! I did not want to leave but needed to. The best person to work is SUSAN the manager. She is compassionate and kind and a wonderful person talk to ! If u r able to afford it. Don't think twice make that call and set an appointment for a viewing. U ll be greeted with great people with great personalities. Oh and I must add any maintenance issue they r a call away and right there to fix the issue.

I have a neighbor upstairs I have been complaining about for about 6 months due to loud excessive noise after 10 pm...I finally wrote BBB and arbor glen lashes back at me for my neighbor to look like the victim ? Don't understand but it's almost midnight and once again there's no point in even trying to sleep or leave a message for arbor glen....this place has become pretty bad with rules being strict but almost playing Favorites for some. Ran into a man who said his kids are being forced to move downstairs due to the noise they give out on second floor; why not help me with my issue after 6 months of multiple phone calls? I will never come back, the ladies in the office have become pretty snotty also...very unwelcoming and not so friendly as they use to be...good luck to anyone to signs a lease:)

I love living at Arbor Glen. I didn't think I would enjoy apartment living after selling my house, but this complex has exceeded my expectations. Residents are friendly and are generally quiet. I think people sometimes forget to be quiet in the halls, but I haven't heard anyone late at night and I almost never hear my neighbors. The best part about living here though, is the staff. I have lived in apartments around the country and I have never met such friendly, efficient property management staff. They always remember my name, have a kind word, and even a hug when I need it. The maintenance staff are superb. They respond quickly to issues and are always pleasant and professional. The caretakers do a fantastic job keeping the buildings and grounds clean and beautiful. The people at Arbor Glen have made this a wonderful home that I'd be proud to recommend to anyone. I moved from a high-cost area, so I think the rent is reasonable for what I'm getting. The neighborhood is safe but not particularly cute (it's behind Walmart and Sam's Club), which is why I rated that a 3. Still, Arbor Glen is conveniently located to the freeway, grocery stores and other services.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The women in the front office are HORRIBLE to work with. Super nice when you move in and then have a complete attitude there after. The hallways smell horrible. All of our drains have been backed up. We have been evacuated twice for fires. Most people here are rude and do not say hello. You will get fliers under the door constantly being given new rules. You can hear your neighbors sneeze in the next apartment over. They are completely over priced. I would never recommend people move here!

I lived at arbor glen for one year. I loved it! I'm sad to go. There were never any big issues. Garbage disposal needed work twice, something with the heat, and our toilet was clogged with something that had been dropped in it. All of those things were fixed very quickly. I never heard neighbors except for someone below me with crazy surround sound but only used it on the weekends for a few hours at a time, so the neighbors are nice and respectful. My favorite part and one of the big reasons I moved here was having my own washer and dryer. So convenient to not have to leave the apartment and walk up and down the halls all day to do a few loads of laundry. Management was always friendly. I lived in the building that allows dogs and I never had issues with smells or loud barking dogs. The garages are nice and I always felt safe walking into the building late at night whether I parked in the garage or outside. The only complaint is the cost. I had a one bedroom for just under a thousand, they bumped the rent up to over A thousand. That's more than some peoples mortgages! That's why we left. If you don't mind spending the money I think it's a great place to live. I really didn't want to leave and was quite sad to do so.

I am one Happy Renter
I moved here in August of 2011 and so far my experience with Arbor has been a great one. Everytime I need to contact the office for any reason I get a response right away. I am happy here :-)

Renter's experience
Customer service is abhorrent. Apartment manager behaves as if she is doing the renters a favor by renting the apartment. On move out she will find every excuse to withhold as much of the deposit as possible. Examples include - incorrect cleaner used to clean apartment, blinds are dirty.. and so on. Feedback from fellow renters has been is " well that is "susan " for you. No consideration is given for a renter who has kept the apt ---- and span for 2 years and left it cleaner than at movein. This is sure fire way for her to enhance her operating margin. For a long time, the garage in my building had sewage leaking from the pipes in the floor above. Repeated complaints and the potential health hazards from the aersols from the sewage went unheeded.

consider how much you'd be spending for "Luxury" and compare
I've lived at AG for a couple years, and at first it was the best apartment I'd lived in. The location was perfect...convenient, quiet but now it's starting to have a different feel with new development popping up and the people that the area is starting to attract. My issues with the apartments specifically are that they seem a bit over priced. I signed a longer lease to get a better deal and my rent went up after the first year. I know that if it increases again this year I will not be staying. Although they are decent apartments, I personally do not think a 1 bedroom here is worth nearly 1,000 dollars a month plus utilities(heat is NOT included), as I see nothing of "luxury" within the apartment/buildings. As for noise, it wasn't a problem in my first year of living here. It has started becoming quite loud. One nice thing about the structure of the buildings is that I've never heard anything from the apartments to my left or right. I have however in the last several months dealt with loud walking, running, and even hearing tv and pounding sounds(like that of a hammer hitting something) coming from above. I've even heard full out yelling matches between siblings across the hall. No apartment complex is perfect when it comes to noise, but it's been getting quite obnoxious around here. Overall I don't have any complaints about mangagement. Could customer service be upped a bit, yes but I have never experienced rudeness. Any other staff I've come across have been nothing but friendly. In general I believe this is a decent community to live in, but being advertised as luxury apartments is a false statement. There are other apartments where you can get a little more of your money's worth and I think it shows because I've been seeing more and more moving trucks and vacant apartments lately.

Thieves
Very nice and courteous people, however, watch out for what they will do to you. WARNING TO ALL..... I lived there for a short time, no furniture, no pots and pans, no cooking, no pictures, just a very temporary living status. When I moved out, they send me half my deposit claiming there was grease on the celling from cooking, holes in the wall from hanging pictures, broken door handles. You name it they had it and charged me $160. When I asked, they said I should have went through the initial check better.......

Love my apartment
I have lived here for over a year now. When I first saw my apartment I really wasn't sure if I would like the bedrooms so close to each other I was afraid you would be able to hear everything from room to room. But now that I have been here for a year I absolutely love my apartment. My bedroom is huge and I have lots of closet space, and I just love having my own laundry room! It is absolutely beautiful here. The area is great! I have evertything I need within 3 miles. The office staff are super sweet and they always have a smile on their faces. And the maintenance are right there when you need them. I go over to my friends apartments and they are nowhere near as clean as my apartments are! I would recommend this place to everyone reading this:) Well worth the price!

Will Not Be Back
We lived here for 2 years, if you choose to live here, make sure you're on the 3rd floor (you can hear EVERYTHING from the apartment above you) and also make sure your windows dont look out over the parking lot ( 4-5 times a week there is some sort of emergency vehicle who's lights brighten up your bedroom for a 3am wake up call. There were several problems with people having their vehicles broken into in the underground parking, thankfully it was never my car! Leaving for work one morning I saw a very nice cadillac with no wheels, being propped up by 5gallon buckets. When I got home from work that night, turns out someone stole his rims, tires, and all over night. The office people aren't the nicest, but as long as you act "sweet & innocent" and get your rent in on time they will leave you alone. I never thought "luxury apartments" meant sharing the building with Section 8 families. Most neighbors are just fine, but when a 2 bedroom apartment has 6 kids & 4 adults living there, the office doesnt care, as long as they are getting paid. We had 1 major maintenance problem in the 2 years living there, which in general is pretty good. Except that this problem caused the smaller bedroom to be infested with very thick mold on the walls in the AC closet & under the carpeting. You may not see it, but your allergies will tell you likewise!!

HORRIBLE
The Staff at Arbor Glen is HORRIBLE!!!! Since they brought in a new site manager SUSAN the place has gone to hell! They are completely unwelcoming, are extremely unfare, and quick to judge as well as rude!!! The cleaning lady in building 2 is a stalker and very rude!! there have been numerous drug busts and crimes in the buildings as well as outside where children play. I don't feel safe walking down the hall to get my mail! I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE! my family and i are moving out before our contract is up!

VOTED THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN MAPLE GROVE
Wow!!! I am very impressed with the floor plan we live in, particularly the room size. The garage is very well lit with ample shopping carts for your move-in use and or bringing in the shopping bags. There is a large community room for use, exercise room open 24 hours, garbage shute (I LIKE THAT), friendly staff, residents and an awesome location to freeway access. Don t take it from me stop by you won t be disappointed. I hope this is helpful

Best place I've lived in a while
Throughout the years, I have leased from quite a few different properties and companies. The staff is extremely helpful and are really willing to help you out. I just moved out because I had to move closer to work, but they were willing to give me the deal of a lifetime for my 2 bedroom. In the Cities you can totally expect to pay at least $1 per square foot and we negotiated my 1,200 s/f apartment down to less than $1,000 a month. The only place where you might not find the good apartments for this property is there are 3 buildings. 2 of them are in the same vacinity and 1 is a few blocks down the road. It is that building (the one down the way) where the problems seem to arise. Maybe it's because the building is almost out of sight and out of mind or that is where the management chooses to send those they deem as the ones that might cause trouble....I don't know. I do know that in the main building, where I lived for over 2 years, that they took excellent care of the area and facilities. Nobody is perfect, but this is as close as you can get in the Twin Cities metro and for the price.

JUST SAY NO
1. Parking: There is ample parking, but by no means are the lots well lit. Our garage could use a bit more light too.<br><br>2. Noise level: We only have one apartment directly next to us and we rarely hear any noise from them. Upstairs however is a different story. We hear nearly every step they take, and when they decide is time to practice gymnastics, it's unbearable.<br><br>3. Grounds: The grounds are okay. We have had the same dead tree outside our apartment for four years now, but it's in the back of the building so they don't care. <br><br>4. Safety: People regularly prop the safety doors open, which we in turn close locking them out. There has never been security in our building. A few months ago a couple young males were kicked off the property by the police, and a few hours later they returned to start a fire on a deck and start shooting up an apartment. <br><br>5. Construction: The buildings are still fairly new, and it shows. Our furnace rarely runs because our apartment holds its heat well. We love our layout. It is a corner unit and in the summer we get a nice breeze blowing through. <br><br>6. Maintenance: We've had one major issue with needing maintenance in our apartment, and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. Other commons area issues persist however. Right now the safety gate leading to the garage is busted and has been for two weeks. I have no doubt it will be no less than two more weeks before it is repaired. <br><br>7. Office staff: They are the most inept and rude group of people you will ever deal with. On one occasion I arrived at the office 20 minutes before they close. No one was there, so I waited. When she returned two minutes prior to close and I was asking for help she told me I'd have to come back because she was closing. She said I shouldn't have waited until so close to closing time, when that was only her own fault. The treadmill in our building has been out of order for four months now, and they don't seem to care. These are only the most recent examples of their customer "service."<br><br>8. Overall: The cost is way too high unless you're in the majority of the residents who rent via section eight. The most important issue is their worst. It would be so easy for them to change and get a nearly perfect review from me, but after four years of that not happening, I don't forsee it ever happening.

I like it!
I have lived in a few apartments in the Twin Cities area and this is the best one so far. The staff is great and helpful on any issues that come up. The apartments are nice and the grounds are kept up nicely. I have lived here two years and am yet to have any major issues with Arbor Glen. It's also in a really nice/safe area which gives my oppinion a boost as well.<br><br>As with all places, there is room for improvement. With Arbor Glen, the business center could use come help. One computer has been down for a while and there are only two to start with. The other thing is that the windows get a little drafty in the winter. You will want to purchase window coverings and seal them up before winter if you live here. Other that those things (that are easlily taken care of) it is a nice place to live.
