Overall, this is "ok" to live. I moved in when it first opened & they were still doing construction in part of my hallway. I moved in because I really liked the location & style of the place.
The staff is very nice. I found the maintenance staff prompt in fixing items in my apartment.
That said, the place was dirty in public areas. There were spills in the garage that didn't get cleaned for months at a time. The elevators were always dirty. The hallways were often not vacuumed for weeks & residents often left their trash in the halls too lazy to go to the chute - less than a minute walk. I did report several of these items & they were not addressed.
The worst part, in my opinion, was the pool when the weather got warm. The place turned into a frat house. People playing music so loud I couldn't hear my own TV with door closed on the fourth floor. People tossing things over the balcony to friends. Lots of people that I do not think were residents in & out. As a previous review said, I once saw vomit in a public area. I don't know if these things were addressed, because I moved out (due to a transfer) soon after the pool opened.
I wouldn't rule out living here again but it wouldn't be first on my list either.
