In the spring of 2013, I was looking to move from suburbia to an urban location. My three main area's of focus were Uptown, the Mill District and North Loop in Minneapolis.
After looking at a number of buildings in my price range, MDCA stood out at the best choice not only for it's location next to the historic Stone Arch Bridge and upscale, funky Guthrie Theater but the property has EVERYTHING a new urbanite could love as the staff are super friendly and professional and it's super close to the lighrail, off to the MOA I went during the cold winter months, not to mention the skyway system. The crew here at MDCA make everyone feel at home and in a neighborhood they can be proud to call "home". For a pet friendly building, it does not smell of "fido" at all. Big bonus!
Yes, there are other choices for an urban lifestyle but since I have lived here, I have never been happier. Most residents are very respectful, pet friendly and fun. Happy hours and other community events put on through the property manager make this place homey.
I have never regretted my decision to choose MDCA over comparable properties.
