Awesome place to live! Great units with great views. You could throw a tennis ball and hit the Stone Arch Bridge. Super close to the Guthrie and some awesome restaurants. A few feet from the best Farmers Market in the area. Caribou right across the street. What else do you need? Parking is easy as the building is new. Plenty of room to maneuver. Also, great parking across the street in the Portland Ramp for guests.
The staff is also amazing. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Maintenance gets done fast. Packages and dry cleaning are taken care of promptly. They are always willing to hear my (sometimes wacky) requests. Don't expect to wait long when waiting for a reply to a voicemail or email. Could not have been happier with the folks at MDCA!
Did I mention there is a pool? And a hot tub? Not a lot of buildings in the city have these type of amenities. Great atmosphere with the indoor/outdoor areas. I was able to watch fireworks from my own terrace. I am going to miss the MDCA.
All in all, one great experience!
