We love it here and this checked 93% of our check boxes. The biggest downfall is the parking. There is not enough parking and there are not any guest parking spaces. One of the biggest reasons we love living here is the location to everything from parks, trails, lakes, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc.

    Haven't lived here long at all. Once the noise complaint is resolved, I'm sure I'll love it. Right now there is incessant noise from the machines and weights in the gym at any given time of day. Sometimes early morning and again late at night.

      It's been great! Due to it being a brand new build, I've had issues with getting my address transferred but the amenities and finishes are beautiful. All of the staff members have been very friendly and responsive during the leasing and move in process
