Apartments are fine, staff is lazy and disinterested in offering any real help. Even this survey is annoying snd requires a minimum of 200 characters. I prefer to say positive things but don't have many to say? Eli (maintenance man) is great.

I think that if a community is going to flaunt a shuttle to and from work, they should be more upfront about the shuttle schedule and what it entails, because the shuttle schedule completely doesn't line up with people working 12 hour shifts, so the perk of it that I moved here for I can't even use

I really like this apartment complex. The community is quiet, and there are a lot of amenities. My favorite place about my apartment is the massive closet. The units are very spacious and modern which is awesome :)

Recent Move
I have lived here for 2 years and have had an overall good experience and love the amenities, however I recently moved within the community from a smaller unit to a bigger one. Given that I was already a resident, I had figured the process would be easy, but it was more complicated and lacked communication from management. When we asked to tour a new unit we didn't even have a formal showing we were given the keys to show ourselves. I was told I had to move in 1-2 months before my current lease ended which was then later altered after we selected a unit we preferred, which was then filled by another tenet. The change in costs and fees associated were not clear cut and it was more complex than it needed to be. Overall happy with the apartment and living space itself, but things have mildly declined since new management that has continually changed. Things like lacking snow removal, maintenance of the dog park and even landscaping have become less prioritized.

The Lodge is a wonderful place to call home!
The staff at the Lodge are incredible. They are kind, courteous, and friendly. They truly make you feel at home. The homes themselves are beautiful. There are so many different amenities, from the pool, to the community gardens, golf simulator, and many more. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home.

The leasing manager is very overwhelmed and has no idea how to do his jo
The amenities are awesome. Maintenance is very helpful and always gets his job done right and in a timely manner. The leasing agent Amanda is beyond amazing and helpful. The leasing manager has no idea how to do his job. He is rude and will lie right to your face. Out of 5 stars I wouldn't give them 1/2 of a star.

Great tour
Ross gave us a wonderful tour, he was very knowledgeable and accomodating, all while maintaining transparency. The facilities look excellent, especially the community area, lounge, and fitness center. The unit we saw was spacious, polished, and in excellent condition. We have finalized our decision to lease yet, but we came with high expectations and our tour exceeded them!

Best community in Rochester, MN
We are literally enjoying and happy to live in The Lodge at Overland. Amanda from management and the maintenance team are amazing. They are responding super fast. The shuttle service to Mayo works effectively and the other amenities are also superb.
