I opted for a two-bedroom apartment for more space, and I like that it has 1.5 bathrooms. I can have a guest stay over comfortably. The complex is generally quiet and you cannot hear any neighbors above or below as the building is solid concrete. Residents are generally respectful, but no place is perfect, so if you just mind your business, you will be fine. Maintenance is quick and easy, paying for rent is done on the app or online. I've never had to wait for laundry space and no one leaves their clothes for weeks at a time, which is a nice change for me. I use a garage space, and that's been really helpful with the weather.

It's been a good place to live. Maintenance is good, renovation projects are frequent (but not so frequent that they're annoying), the pool is nice and well-maintained, and management is responsive. My biggest complaint is outdated appliances, particularly the ancient (and disgusting) washers and driers in the laundry room.

I grew up in St. Louis Park so when looking for a place finding park towers I had an instant feel of home for me and my kids. The staff at Park Towers are amazing . They are caring. respectful down to earth understanding and very helpful. They have made the process from The beginning when I looked at the apartment to the application process to handing me the keys absolutely perfect. I could've never asked for a better experience from a property I am very, very thankful to be a part of your community here at Park Towers and I am excited to be able to raise my kids in the community that I grew up in and I will forever be grateful and thankful to you To me what makes Park Towers amazing is management and the staff the apartment is everything that I could've ever wanted and some, thank you I will NEVER FORGET AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW PARK TOWERS IS PERFECT

It's not a bad community. The area this apt is located in is nice. Close to the lakes and bike trails. If you want to take an Uber or Lyft downtown it's relatively cheap. Like any other apt building, some of the residents talk to you and some couldn't give you the time of day. You are also close to the highways so you can just jump on and go.

It's been wonderful overall. The maintenance team is responsive to any issues I've had since I've moved in. The management team has been helpful whenever I have questions and very communicative for anything they ask of me.

Overall, park towers is not a bad place to live. The apartments are quiet and people and staff are friendly. The downside is the quality of the apartments for the price. Park towers is listed as luxury apartments but is far from luxury. The paint on the walls is bubbly and cracked, the enamel on my tub is peeling off, the appliances are nothing special. I was missing a window screen for months until I asked multiple times for one to be installed. The lack of in unit laundry also takes points away for a complex that claims to be luxury. Maybe back in the 60s when these buildings were first opened for residents they could have been considered luxury, but as of 2024 they could use a lot of upgrades to live up to that title. Like I mentioned earlier, the staff is friendly and the apartments are quiet, and overall they're okay, but they could use a lot of upgrades and need better vendors to complete them.

When searching for an apartment, one of my top requirements was good management, and I found that here! Maintenance is great and responsive and the office staff are helpful. I appreciate the concrete walls since you don't hear neighbors walking above you, and the space is larger than most of my friends apartments.

Nice apartments, good location with view of highway. Neighbors are generally friendly or minding their own business. Concrete walls so less noise. Office staff are helpful but constantly overworked so you can't always get hold of them. Maintenance team is responsive in my experience so far. Old building with old laundry (pay)machines that break down often. Covered parking spots to residents ratio is very small (I have been on the waitlist for over 8 months so far).

So far has been a good community and place to live. Only complaint is that bikes are easily stolen from the underground garage since there are virtually no cameras on the premises. Other than that, it's a nice place to live.

Overall good. Smells like weed or cigarettes a lot though. It's a great area and you get a lot of space for Saint Louis Park. It is not a modern building or design but the building has made improvements over the few years I have lived here

Park Towers is a great place to stay in. The management is great and very friendly and always ready to help. The surrounding is really cool, lots of greenary, near by park and swimming pool makes it a complete place to live in. I am personally satisfied that I have moved to a great place. All buildings are well maintained.
