I moved into this building during Covid, because of affordability and the fact that the building was new. I've always loved my apartment; while there have been issues with the heating annually maintenance typically addresses it in a timely. Everything else has been a complete ---- show. Madison Equities abandoned the building, and subsequent management companies have come in and out and communicated properly. Security is a major concern, homeless people are able to access the building, posing safety issues to residents and staff alike. I've lived here 3 years, but am unsure if I can continue to live somewhere I don't feel safe.

The place is a convenient place to live, next to bus, light rail transportation connected to different places to go to like stores, post office banks and many restaurants and library and hotels and the town theater.

Not a great one. My tour guide Gigi was nice and straight forward. I wasn't impressed by the building. Common areas were dirty: elevators, hallways, and there was a musty gross smell. No place to park without potential for getting a ticket. Tenants caught blasting music in the gym were not told to turn it down while literally showing someone touring the building that this is where they could live. Apartments were nice, spacious, had everything I was looking for. But the common areas, amenities, and parking issues were definitely a NOPE for me.
