Awful

Pros: there's an elevator Cons: everything else. Neighborhood is full of homeless people. Windows are so thin and there are ambulances and police sirens constantly. I have to wear earplugs from the time I get home till I leave for work the next morning. Lots of little gnats everywhere. So expensive! You could get a glorious one or two bedroom apartment for this price (over 1000 for a studio)
