I have lived here for over two years and have had a wonderful experience. Prime location. Close to Lowertown area events throughout the year at Mears Park, CHS Field, and Union Depot. Dining options in walking distance. Skyway access a block away. Easy access to light rail and multiple bus routes. Apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Washer and dryer in unit. Community spaces kept clean. Amenities include game, movie, music practice, and craft rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend living here.

We love living here! Feel very Safe with the security and fobs to get in, maintenance is always quick , front desk is always helpful. It is a very clean up to date looking apartment and fun location.

Its been great, move in process was easy. Really nice property with nice staff. Great location. Really nice amenities like the gym and access to the sky walk. The units have great layouts and let in a lot lg natural light.

Lowertown has value. I'm 6'1 230 so I'm not scared of the metro, the homeless, or the druggies in the alley or the park. Metro Police is useless. The amenities is what justifies my price, gated garage, music room, and fitness center. The negatives is TV is always broke in the gym, rent is going up along with President Bidens inflation, and uber is leaving so MLPS will be tough. Positives is the riverfront, access to freeways, maintenance, and The Bulldog. You do hear a ton of sex at night as the walls are not well built.

Everything has been good, I've had no problems with maintenance or anything like that. Neighbors have all been quiet, and respectful. The garbage room is always clean and never overly dirty. Only thing I can complaint about is my car got broken into and they took just about everything in my car.

The building is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and diligent. The location has easy access to events at Mears Park and CHS Field as well as the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I anticipate renewing my lease for a third year.

It's been great! Wish the lobby looked different, not a fan. But otherwise it's a beautiful building. I also wish we got more than one apt key and fob, in case we needed someone to let a pet out, etc. otherwise everyone is really nice.

The apartment itself is fine, the walls and ceilings are very thin so you can hear everything, including your neighbors' footsteps, voices, and tv, even if they're talking at a normal volume. Management is friendly but slow to respond to issues. The maintenance team is awesome. The garbage/recycling come at an early hour and I hear noise sometimes several times in one morning from it (not sure why) which disrupts my sleep, even with a white noise machine. The homeless population definitely lives in the area, but I've had no problems with it. Overall, it's a nice place to live but only if your neighbors are cool.

So far, it's been a very easy place to live. I enjoy my apartment unit. The gym is pretty nice, and moving in was a rather seamless process. I'm happy to continue living in this building. It would very nice if the coffee machine fully worked, but other than that, it's great.

Management is available, professional and very kind. They provide fun get togethers for several holidays, where food and beverages are provided. We have access to a rooftop pool, craft rooms, exercise rooms, and music rooms. My apartment is very beautiful with a lot of light, a large, open kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom.

I like everything about living here except the early-hour garbage trucks and the homelessness. Maybe you can nudge the truck timing but I don't expect you to solve our mental health crisis. Having said that, the only reason I might move is that I feel unsafe at night due to activities at the train station and at the park.

A very nice sized apartment with new appliances, very clean inside the building at all times, very friendly staff, the walls are pretty thin so you can basically hear everyone around you all the time but most of people aren't to bad.

Lowertown Lofts is a great place to live. Amazing location and amenities. The daily fresh baked cookies and coffee machine are a few of the perks. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly and the building is spotless. Highly recommend!
