Having the office staff not on site makes things very difficult. They take awhile to respond to things and you can't ever get an immediate answer. The maintenance request also really upset me. Why put a request in if it's just going unanswered?

    Great location and a really great renovation. Very secure premises, although some of the systems go down and make it hard to use. I love the place, but the lack of office staff does make it hard to get answers to questions. Despite that, I'm enjoying living here.

      Beautiful apartment. Very friendly residents. Very poor communication from manager. Hopefully gets better.Very quiet. Underground parking. Always stuff going on around the apartment. Pet friendly. Downtown

      very nice and quiet neighborhood and great community to live in. Everyone is nice and welcoming here. Also there are lots of nearby restaurants to dine in and stores to shop at. Overall very happy to live in this neighborhood
