While we've experienced some setbacks at our apartment, we've felt like the staff has really incredible communication and has done an amazing job at responding to our requests and concerns. To me, a great team is a by product of great communication, and we've felt heard since moving in here. I would recommend the Denton, no doubt.

Great staff! Very welcoming! Love this place. Pet friendly. Maintenance was super quick. Overall super clean and nice. Plenty to do in the area and I feel very safe. Amenities are everywhere. Tons to Choose from.

Maintenance is good but the office staff changes frequently and it is an expensive community. Many neighbors have loud vehicles and some exercise very loudly in their garage. Sadly many neighbors are disrespectful of the community by being loud overall, leaving their trash around, smoking on the property, parking in front of entrances, etc. Occasionally, cars are broken into. We like the apartments but the neighbors could be better unfortunately.

I just moved in so I don't have much to say about the apartment and area yet. The property is very well kept and seems to be very safe. There are lots of stores surrounding the apartments which is very convenient.

The Denton is absolultely wonderful. From my first encounter with the leasing office to living here for 6+ months, it has been spectacular. Every maintenance request is answered in a timely manner, the grounds are very clean and beautiful and they even do fun resident events and promos!

Not only is the apartment gorgeous and comfortable, they are well-taken care. The community is so kind and polite. Any problems you experience are quickly solved. It's a great place to live, a great area, great amenities, great people.

The complex is well laid out .My only complaint is the new building allows dog owners to put up dog houses second floor by the garage opening .Plus use the balcony's to have dog pottys that don't get cleaned up. Smells horrible .Junk is is aloud on balconies also boxes and trash left on them ..Beautiful building being messed up .We were also told no gas grill .But there are many in building 2 Has the rule changed??.Maintenance is the best !!!

So far The Denton has been amazing! Moved in March 2020, from Downtown KC and our hallway walls and doors have already been repainted and look nice, we recieved "smart home" upgrades that are very convenient! Everyone we've met in the elevators have been so friendly! It's pretty quiet and people seem to respect the quiet hours too! Haven't tried out any amenities yet but so far everything seems promising! Maxwell made our move in process seamless and we couldn't be happier!

Nice apartment but overpriced compared to moving to downtown in a tower for the same price with more amenities. At the price point you could receive grocery delivery, dog walking, dry cleaning and other services included in your rent in an area of entertainment within walking distance.

Experience has been okay. My apartment is in a position where the only place my bed fits is where the head is right on the keyfob and call box. I can constantly hear scratching from the fobs and I can even hear the call box on the other side of the apartment in my living room. Also dog poo is beginning to be a real problem (middle of the sidewalk even) as well as trash.

I am a new resident and have lived here for only four weeks. Everyone seems to be friendly and responsive to our needs! Additionally, I have lived in three total apartments in the past 2 1/2 years and this place by far is the best. I put in a service request, the leasing agent said the service team was "busy" and the gentleman literally showed up 25 minutes later from when I submitted the work order. Lastly I heard about this place through a referral, who ended up moving to another MAA property in a different state, these guys clearly know how to run and manage their properties!

The Denton originally was a premium living community. As each year passes, the rents go up with the service level declining. The complex lacks in daily general maintenance. The clubhouse becomes a public pool after hours and security has to be called frequently at 1:00-2:00AM in order to eliminate the noise.

I am a dog owner, but I do not appreciate all yhe other dog owners not picking up after their animals. Itheraise the community is nice. Some of the ammsnities needs to be fixed in the clubhouses. More strict rules on pet feces.

So far it's been good. My best friend lives here so I already knew it was a great community. The location is ideal for access to the city. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants nearby as well as other amenities. The amenities of the complex meet my needs.

The Denton Apartments are a top tier apartment complex. It starts with those at the top, management and sales associates get a 5 star rating for sure. They are greeted with intention, came up with options for a home, and gave a very great tour viewing and explanation of the different features in the apartment. Now, it took 4 days for me to grab keys to walk into my home. They work fast and create opportunities for all walks of life to move in at The Denton Apartments. Grateful, place the at the top for sure!

Great environment with the exception of a stomping neighbor directly above me. Overall though I like the area and the closeness to shopping and entertainment that affords ease in getting to very nice outlets. I also like the gym and onsite areas for relaxing after a day at work or on my days off.

The location is ideal and the complex is beautifully kept. It's very clear to see where the money goes that you pay in rent. If you don't mind paying more for a one bedroom than the mortgage on most houses, then this is your place!

The amenities that this property offers are phenomenal for the value. It is a happy and peaceful community overall. There are some opportunities for the leasing staff members in regard to respo0nse times, and knowledge about the property. We would also like to see more staff available daily.

Would highly not recommend. The inside of the apartment walls are thin. You can hear from the other room and from the hallway. My apartment seem like it was rush to finish as I saw some errors. They don't keep up with repairs at all. The hallways are hot as hell (use to be cold like there was a AC). If you're willing to pay up to $1000 and not have your complaint handle then this is the right place for you.

I have not experienced apartment living in fifty years. This is a temporary move as I am building a home. I love that the apartment is spacious with plenty of storage. The community is beautiful with close proximity to restaurants and grocery. I am enjoying living here.

Knowledgeable and professional leasing office staff. Great community with state-of-the-art amenities. Great location; easy access to Ft. Leavenworth, Zona Rosa, etc. Contract monthly lease rates fluctuate daily and vary by the length of the contract. Military friendly. My unit was not cleaned thoroughly and was not move-in ready upon start of lease. They do have quite a few college student tenants who can get a little rowdy.
