I lived at Summit Ridge for a year and a half. At the beginning the apartments were nice but as time went on things changed. I recently moved out&#44; leaving the place spotless and in better condition then when I moved in. Recently&#44; I received a letter from management stating I have lost my whole deposit of $150 and owe about another $70. They charged fees for ridiculous things: the stove was clean but didn&#39;t run self cleaning&#44; the blinds on one end (three blades) were bent they charged $50 for a new 71&#34; blind&#44; there were furniture impressions still left in the carpet&#44; the tile (which never looked clean) they considered dirty&#44; left a plant that they gave me as a &#34;move in gift&#34; there charged to get rid of it&#44; caulk separating from the wallk and the counter (not my doing just bad workmanship)...need I say more!! It is a scam...Don&#39;t move here!!!!

I am very pleased with Summit Ridge Apts. The grounds & pool are well kept. the fitness room and half court basketball amenities are quiet useful doing winter.The noise level is quiet. The staff is courteous and professional. Maintence is performed in a very timely manner. Living at Summit Ridge is good. It is locationed close to hwy&#39;s&#44;& shopping. 


Summit Ridge Living

We looked at many apartment complexes before deciding on Summit Ridge. We have since been VERY happy with our decision. Our apartment was the perfect size for me&#44; my fiance and my son. I had many guidelines that I didn&#39;t think would be met for picking an apartment. My first&#44; a washer and dryer in the apartment. Second&#44; a large kitchen. Third&#44; plenty of space for my 2 year old boy to run around and play. And last&#44; a nice big bathroom with larger tub. I was so happy to find that Summit Ridge met and exceeded all of my requirements. And to top it off&#44; the amenities are top notch. The pool is big enough for lots of people to swim&#44; and yet still not be crowded. My son&#39;s favorite is the sand volleyball court where he and my 2 nephews can go and have a great time.
The entire staff is kind and respectful and go out of their way to make sure every need we have is met. I wouldn&#39;t want to live anywhere else.

Great Place to Live!!

It&apos;s our second week and I like the place except cleaning issues inside the apartment (cabinets, bathrooms, and machines). I asked them twice to come and clean it looks no body has cleaned the mess after the previous resident. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, and oven are very old version and no microwave. Honestly, I don&apos;t consider it for luxury apartments at all and the machines and apartment look different than what I saw in the pictures on their website because we leased the apartment while we were out of the US so, we couldn&apos;t come and check everything. That&apos;s why I recommend you to come and check by yourself and don&apos;t believe the pictures. The building stairs are so dirty and I see spiders everywhere I hope if they can wash it as least once a month. My message for them please clean your apartments very well before allowing move in because cleaning the mess of previous residents in not new resident&apos;s job. Let your maintenance staff take some lessons in being a kind and clean because they walked into my apartment with their dirty shoes on the carpet then later you gonna charge me for that. They send me maintenance guys and a cleaner but after they waste my time and make me hate the place

If you are looking for a beautiful place to live in an amazing location this is the place for you. The staff is amazing and the facilities are incredible. Summit Ridge is one of the nicest places I looked at when searching for my new home. You will not be disappointed if you choose to make Summit Ridge your new home!!

Summit Ridge is a nice, safe, and quiet apartment complex with mature trees and grounds that are park-like.  The gym and pet spa are awesome.  We appreciate the secure package room for deliveries too.  The staff is friendly and prompt in handling anything that comes up.  Very clean, and well-maintained living space in a good location.
