Very Pleased!

My husband and I moved to Summit Ridge right after we got married in June of 2009. So far, we have been very pleased with the level of service and quality of our apartment. Of course, most apartment complexes have their downfalls in terms of quality, neighbors, and previous renters, but we have few complaints. Any repairs or needs are addressed within 24 hours, and they always check to make sure we are satisfied with the work that was done. The girls in the office couldn't be more helpful and courteous. I like to think we have built relationships with them, and they always go out of their way to help us. The price of rent is very reasonable; however, we came from big-city living where we were paying $1300 for a one bedroom, one bath apartment and are now paying just over half for double the bedrooms and bathrooms. The complex is conveniently located to the highways, downtown Lee's Summit, shops, restaurants, and fitness centers, and we have had fun exploring the community. Also, I think it's really neat that Summit Ridge has taken on a charity to support and sponsor; I have never lived anywhere that has done that - what a way to take advantage of community communication!
