Summit Ridge Apartments

I'm so glad the pole light has been fixed in my area. Excited about the park area being available with benches and picnic table. Hopefully, those that go and use that area will respect the rules and keep trash, etc. picked up. I've noticed the apartment renters are becoming more diverse but feel that won't change the atmosphere in the apartment complex. I've become aware of some speeding, quick starting and reving the motor, stopping quickly with screeching of brakes. I know there is a 10 mph speed limit through the complex, but some do not adhere to the signage. I'm in one of the buildings sighted for party noise last summer. I did not hear or was bothered by this type of noise. The building I'm in is quiet 95% of the time. I plan on living here a long time. Thanks for all you do for me.
