I lived at Summit Ridge Apartments for three years and loved everyday of it. I have read previous reviews, but do not believe everything you read on the internet. Yes the rent is high, but you pay for what you get. The office staff was always friendly and kind when going in and they never acted like they were too busy to help you or answer your questions. The maintenance staff would respond to calls within 24-48 hours unless it was an emergency. To some that may be a long time, but when you have 432 apartments and only 5 people to maintain the apartments and the grounds to is not bad. I left Summit Ridge for my own personal reasons, but would go back in a heartbeat. When I moved out of the apartment they provided a move-out checklist and if you follow this checklist you should have no problems with fees and should receive a refund. They are also a very pet friendly community! Highly recommend these apartments.
