I had very little problems when I lived there besides parking for the most part, but as soon as decided to move out then the charges came rolling in. They had to come shut off the water just so I could unhook my washer. Later that same day the cap they put on the water blew and there was steaming hot water standing in the kitchen and into the hall floor. They ran two industrial fans on my dime for for 4 days non stop. When I got my final bill they charged me almost 300.00 for new carpet. They at first claimed pet stains and then when I advised no pets and I was allergice it changed to general stains that "were kinda light" so they didn't feel right charging me the full price and said would cut that in half. Its funny that they had to replace the entire apartment carpet based off two light stains both located by the doors, but that the water they had leak all over the apartment had nothing to do with it. The pictures they showed me I could barely see the stains and there was still dents in the carpet from the furniture so it was clear they didn't even try to clean it.
