I had visited this complex 3 times before finally deciding to move. All of the units I was shown were better than the one I was finally given. The carpet needed replaced, the blinds were torn and there was no caulking around the master bath toilet which were all noted during the initial walk-through before I moved in. For a complex that advertised itself as "luxury", I was definitely disappointed. But, the management worked with me and replaced the worn carpet, replaced the blinds and did the caulking. I have since had 2 more maintenance requests and both were done promptly. I do love the location and so far have had no issues with noise or neighbors. The office staff is pleasant as well. After living in downtown KC for a year after moving here from southern Missouri, I definitely feel safer as well. The grounds are nice and kept well. I do feel at home here and am glad I made the move.
