I don't have any issues here. I moved back here after owning a home and my rent is about what my mortgage payment was. I live in a one bedroom and pay $830 but I also have a garage ($90). The only thing with the garage is when you get one you're stuck with it until someone else decides they want one. I have been trying to get rid of it for the past couple of months. I live on the bottom floor, the guy above me is single and is rather quiet. I can hear him in the mornings walking around and making smoothies. The apartment is small for the price and could use some updates. Make sure when you move you take the extra time to clean when you move out. They will keep your deposit if you don't. I'm actually looking to move cause I just can't justify spending that much on a one bedroom when I'm hardly ever there. The office staff is always helpful and maintenance always shows on the day you call and request them. The garden style tub that they are so proud up runs out of hot water before you can fill it up all the way. If you don't mind shoveling out that much money for rent than I would recommend living here.
