DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS THIS SOUNDS ATTRACTIVE: Tenants are middle-aged or have small children and work long hours to afford the "luxury" rent. Management and staff have zero tolerance for alcohol or noise, especially at the pool. Management is extremely unprofessional and has created a clique atmosphere where long-time tenants and the workers are given preferential treatment over tenants who are new or do not have a personal relationship with the staff. Hard to find parking except during mid-morning to early afternoon. Defective wiring all over the apartment. Half the outlets did not work. Printer in "business center" is never functioning. Dog ---- and dead spots from dog urine in the grass. Outrageous move-out charges and fees. Other than that, the apartments are cute with fake wainscotting, nicely-sized patios, and tasteful landscaping. Great location close to the chain restaurants and limited shopping on Chipman Road. Two blocks from Wal-mart.
