Verified Resident ā¢ 2014 - 2015
The apartment has served our needs since we moved from out of state and are waiting for a house to be built. As far as being the "luxury apartment" that was advertised, including the tour of the model...which was nothing like our apartment, it has not met up to those standards. There was a long list of issues when we moved in, including the master bedroom, overhead light that did not have a fixture in it and had live wires hanging down. When the light switch was turned on it blew the breaker. Because we arrived after dark, the office was closed and we had no flashlight...it was a mess, and could have been very dangerous. The apartment baths and kitchen were not clean, the kitchen floor had over spray paint on it. The kitchen light fixture was hanging on by a thread. The mini blinds were broken in the living room. There has always be a problem with trash in the yard area, the mail area and the dumpster area is always nasty dirty. We will be leaving in about a month and will have to pay $1000 to break out of the one year lease. En-light of the fact that we had some many broken and dirty things and now the a/c freezing up because nobody has been in here since the end of January to change the filter, and that the apartment stays always dusty because of that, it is sad; sort of insulting. You should show the model and one available...it was kinda a bait and switch. Also, you should have quality control to check each apartment before each new set of renters move in.
