Top Notch

I visited this property today and was really impressed. The staff was very courteous and made me feel welcome right away. The building is really nice, and the amenities are well-kept, which stood out to me. The atmosphere throughout the property is pleasant and inviting. One thing that caught my eye was the Bevi bar—it’s a great touch and adds to the overall experience. Overall, this place really exceeded my expectations. My daughter is moving back to the Lou next month, and I'm telling her to check this place out.

Stayed here for a good time; wish it was a long time

I stayed here for 2 months for work and Gavyn and Dakota from the office team made my stay awesome! They were super friendly and helpful, always giving great tips on where to eat. During my stay, I had a family issue and they took note that my demeanor had changed. They were really comforting and supportive, and they even got me treats to make my day better. Their kindness made me feel at home, even though I was far away. Thanks to them, my stay was memorable. Highly recommend this place because of them!

I love 11th And Spruce

I toured this week and love this place. It's 2 blocks from where I work, and it has everything I want. On the tour, everyone was so nice to me and were really sweet. Gavyn showed me around and it was a great tour. I am excited to move in!

Amazing Place

I loved my tour here. It was great to see how nice these apartments are and to see how nice everybody was on my tour. The place is beautiful and immaculate. The tour was so personalized. They have a water bar that I've never heard of before but it was so cool to see. I loved my visit and signed my lease the same day as my tour. I recommend that you move here because I have never seen people care as much as they do here.

Epic Place

I moved in last week and talked to Dakota about loving the Cardinals. He got me home plate tickets to their next game. That wasn't all, though. The entire team took care of me from day one and made sure I loved the place, was excited about my move-in day, and was ready in advance. They were so kind, personal, and really made this move feel great.

Beautiful Place, Great People

I'm renting here with landing and I love it. The staff is so polite, the building is brand new, and the events are awesome! We love the space here and how close we are to the ballpark. I've really enjoyed it here so far.

Amazing Service

I took a tour this past weekend with Dakota, and he gave fantastic service. The tour was great, and the apartment was beautiful. He was very kind to my family and even had snacks ready for us when we arrived. I give this service a 10/10. I am excited to move in next week!

Great Staff - Very Friendly

I had the most amazing experience with 11th & Spruce apartments, all thanks to Gavyn, the leasing consultant I spoke to. Gavyn really took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making the whole process feel personal and tailored just for me. His kindness and attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. I can't thank Gavyn enough for making my apartment search so much easier and enjoyable. If you're on the hunt for a new place, 11th & Spruce apartments is definitely worth considering.
