I mean it was really great everyone is nice mangment is nice although there was some issus with my apartment having spiders but hopefully they fix it asap other than that it was great and awsome thank you

    No complaints worth moving over. Great building overall. The pool and courtyard are obviously big selling points. It's so nice being able to have extra space to relax and feel safe in a community environment.

      Chroma is one of the best options for young professionals in St. Louis as far as living is concerned. I moved here right out of college and was nervous about my living situation until I found Chroma. The last three years have been great. The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff have always been kind and helpful to me.

        Being here for about a week now and no issues, the process was easy streamlined, and helpful staff. The apartment is in good condition exactly as advertised, with good appliances. Great building amenities, and great parking.

          This community is awesome for young professionals! Leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and always responsive. The amenities (pool, lounge area) are great. Perfect location in the Grove and very walkable.

            I love living here at the chroma. Everyone is very nice and keeps to themselves. The gym is awesome, always clean! The lobby and pool area is great and always clean. Atmosphere of this complex is positive and friendly.

              Fantastic experience, any issues are always resolved quickly and promptly. Apartment communicate is great and the amenities are always kept clean. Will stay as long as I am able to as I love living here!
