The Chroma and Hue in Saint Louis is an absolutely wondaful apartment complex. It has a covered garage, a nice and open pool/hot tub/hammock/grill area, a ping pong table and pool table indoors and a gym on the 2nd floor. There also have an app for opening the door and getting your packages and mail so everything is convenient.

I am very happy with Chroma/Hue! The amenities are clean and helpful. The service is very quick to respond. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is! I don't hear any noise from the street or from neighbors.

I've been living here since 2021, and during that time, management has changed frequently. We are now on our third management team. The first management team was incredible and very responsive to residents' needs. Unfortunately, the second team was terrible, leading to a lot of frustration. However, the new third team, which took over a few months ago, has shown promise. They have started to improve efficiency and address the concerns of the residents.

I think that when they (management) are there, in office, they absolutely have the best interest of the tenants at the forefront of their minds. Sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of someone in the office, but that is to be expected. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when you speak to them.

When I first moved into the Hue apartments, it was wonderful. Things were well maintained and management was very responsive. After changing to a new management company, things went down hill. Management was very disorganized (e.g. they lost the copy of my lease and started charging me an extra fee for month to month rent when my lease was still current) and very hard to get a hold of. I tried calling, emailing, and even stopping by the management office. I would rarely have any luck getting a hold of anyone when I had an issue. The newest management, RKW, seems more organized and I'm hopeful that they will turn things around. Time will tell.
