Aspen is great!

Aspen is so fun and clean. I love how spacious it is and how it is so well kept, shout the maintenance team! The staff is always quick to help. The appliances and rooms are up to date and modern. I love living here.

ASPEN!!!

I loved living at Aspen in 2022-2023!! The location was very convenient and right by Missouri States campus! If we ever had a problem with the apartment maintenance was very quick to come and help us with what we needed!! 10/10 recommend to live at Aspen!!

Best choice for apartment!

Wonderful apartment complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is attentive to issues as they arise and take care of them in a timely manner. The amenities are superb! Best apartment choice!

Wonderful experience!

I have had such a great experience living at aspen! All my friends have such a great time & we spend a lot of time at the fire pit! There is so many things to do here from the pool to just sitting in our living room together. Lauren is the best! She has always gone above and beyond for us when we need her!

Love Aspen Springfield!

Aspen has such a great community of people and lots of fun events. There are a ton of amenities that are accessible for all the residents. This apartment complex stands out compared to the surrounding apartments in the area.

Amazing Experience!

Emma has done a wonderful job with marketing and events! She is always helpful and kind in the office. My Aspen experience has been amazing! Very clean yet fun environment. I never want to leave! Highlight recommend

I love Aspen!!

I really have loved living at Aspen!! Especially having all of the amenities as a college student! I feel like there are a lot of helpful amenities that I didn’t think about before. Valet trash

Aspen valet trash service is one of the nicest amenities to have here at Aspen. It really makes it easy to just put the trash bag outside the room, and at night the valet trash service comes and picks it up.

Aspen is a great place to live, and it offers plenty of amenities.

Aspen is close enough to Missouri State so it makes it an easy walk to classes. Has been also offers plenty of amenities Like a pool, gym, and computer lab with printers. I definitely recommend living here.

The best!

I had such a great experience living at Aspen! All of the events, giveaways, amenities, etc. made my experience so enjoyable! If I ever ran into any problems, there was always someone there that was able to help. I highly recommend living here!

Have lived here for 3 years and love every thing about it! Best management staff in town! Any issue wether maintenance or office staff questions are answered in a timely manner The pool is the best amenity. It is kept clean even with the crazy use it gets daily!

Aspen is a great typical college apartment. It’s location is very convenient for students as it’s pretty centrally located between MSU and OTC and only takes about 5 minutes to get to either campus. Staff is very friendly and willing to help my only complaint is that security doesn’t really enforce quiet hours even if there are complaints called in. Otherwise an amazing complex to live at!

The staff here is amazing!!!! And I love that it feels like you live in your own little community! All the perks are great too! It was the perfect choice for me moving out of my hometown I made so many new friends!

Best Apartment Ever! I have lived here for three years and I love it. The staff is amazing and amenities are great too. I would one hundred percent recommend living here. Aspen was the perfect place for me while at MSU.

This place is awesome! I live here now and will be living here next year to finish my college career. If you are looking for an apartment complex that feels like a mini resort this is your place!! Awesome staff too which always looks out for their residents, strongly recommend!!

While I have lived at Aspen there have been no issues with the apartment, staff, maintenance, amenities, or really anything. The apartment is spacious and the open floor plan makes the space just flow. The walls are really good as I cannot hear neighbors at all. The fact that all your utilities are covered in rent means that the budget never changes from month to month which is awesome. The amenities are top notch as well, not to mention the clubhouse and FREE printing. Aspen is situated just a few blocks away from campus which makes the commute super simple. Overall if looking to move into Aspen, take a tour and sign a lease because it’s an amazing place to live.

My friends are living here next year and I am so excited! I’ve visited a couple times and it is always such a nice place, and we have a great time. The pool is so nice. The tanning bed and 24hr workout room are nice as well.

I moved into aspen august of 2020 & I love it!! It’s absolutely one of the safest apartment complexes in the area, and the staff, ground crew, and management are awesome. The rent rate is so worth it for everything that comes with it! 11/10 recommendation!

Aspen is very well located, being so close to the center of downtown there are many different options for restaurants and stores! The amenities are great including the outdoor pool and fitness center with multiple workout equipment machines. I have enjoyed my time here at aspen and am more than likely renewing my lease come fall!

I have lived at Aspen since my sophomore year of college. I have loved every second of it. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is amazing and fixes everything in a timely fashion. There are many amenities including a pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, dog park, 24/7 fitness center, tanning bed, and club room with free printing for residents. There are resident events every week (a lot of them have food!!), so you have opportunities to meet a ton of new people. My favorite part of Aspen is that it is fully gated and I always feel safe. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!!

Amenities are great they are always well I’ve kept by the maintenance team that Aspen has. The layout of the apartment complex is also very nice with the parking inside the fully gated unit. There is also many elevator so you don’t have to take the stairs a lot as well. Very good community to meet others the same age as you. Truly love living here!

Don't rent there, not clean at move in, arrogant/rude staff. Not safe, maintenance staff can just walk in with email notification of 2-5 days notice. Very disappointed as a parent looking for a safe place for our young adult

I do not recommend Aspen at all. I lived there for only the Summer and it was dreadful. We moved in and the apartment was very nice. Clean, cool furniture, everything. We checked into our room and being Resident Assistants at the nearby university we were very thorough with our move-in room inspection. They failed multiple things: scuffs on the wall, the stove had deep scratches in it, lightbulbs were faulty, and MOST IMPORTANTLY (this is important later) our bedframe wasn't even assembled all the way and was FILTHY underneath. Seemingly years of filth werevisible when we removed the mattress from the shanty bed frame. And, our external door didn't lock, but luckily this was fixed after much begging. Outside of the apartment was not so nice. Cigarette butts littered the hallway and there were REGULAR fly infestations outside of the apartments. Luckily the flies were dealt with but would come back pretty regularly. They are very helpful with having residents clean up after their dogs in the lawns by providing baggies and trash cans and requiring a leash on animals but this is not very enforced; often I'd even see an Aspen employee and his dog off of a… See More>

I've lived here for two years. This year, I was placed with roommates that made my living environment unsafe - I was being harassed through text, my property was being destroyed, and I would come home to my things packed up with animal fecal matter on the boxes. I kept the office updated through the whole issue, and nothing was resolved. The manager (Whitney) would not try to help me in any way. Ashley Little was the only office staff that even attempted to help me better the situation. It got so bad that the SPD officer who is our resource officer, told me to file police reports against my roommates. I went to the office with this information, and I offered them 3 months rent ($604/month) up front to let me out of my lease, and when they denied that I offered 4 months. Again, I was denied. They later called me and offered to waive the transfer fee ($250) so I could switch rooms.
