Bad Management

So if the apartment manager is always gone how can she MANAGE the apartment. It's always she out of the country and can't handle it right now. Like if I had a job and didn't show up for said job, I would get fired. DO YOUR JOB LADY. Taking a vacation 80 percent of the time when your tenets need you is making you a slumlord!

    There is No maintenance person available when needed. There are 2 washers and dryers that only work half the time. Yard stays grown up past your knees over half the summer. Certain clients are not made to follow the lease. Poor upper management.
