Application

My husband and I applied for an apartment here during our time of being homeless. We were able to borrow the money necessary to apply. Ms. Tabitha took our $200 plus money order and held it for a week as she kept giving us a runaround of why she could not run our credit. We became so frustrated that we retrieved the money order. She was just holding the money order and gave us no explanation as to why.
