From the beginning of the move somethings where ever completed it was supposed to be a newly renovated apartment..and we had a water leak that last for months due to the lack of concern when we reported and how long to took to repair the leak was from the within the wall of the complex also we ask to be test for mold ..that never happen most recentlynthisnyear before signing a new lease we were promised new carpet that never happened also we had a infestation of gnats ..we reported it and were told they would spray our building never happened..

Omg please DONT MOVE IN HERE. RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER. BASICALLY TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. 9month baby life is in danger. Dishwasher falling out the wall We are breathing in mold. Waking up with a headache everyday. All my drawers are falling apart. Air conditioner flooded on my carpet. Told me it was my responsibility to clean it. Carpet separating from where the water set in it for days. Doors are sticking from where the water leaked in wall. And much more. Please don&apos;t move in here.

They NEVER answer phones. We have lived here for about a month now and not a single day have we had WORKING A/C our house is over 80 degrees all day and night. We have roaches, ants, and flys everywhere. The yards are COVERED in trash. And the employees are either not there or NEVER answer the phone and when you show face they act confused about everything going on. They are never there during actual open hours, They offer a gym and 3 pools. Nothing is available there is ONE pool open, the very smallest one and the water looks absolutely disgusting. Also they donâ€™t even open it on time. I do not recommend this place AT ALL Iâ€™ve lived all over this country being military and Iâ€™ve never lived in such a slack Community paying this amount of money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Itâ€™s 82 in my house before 8:30AM look how comfortable we must beâ€¦â€¦ my children canâ€™t even enjoy their home, we almost had an ER trip last night because of a heat case INSIDE THE HOUSE, my son was puking and nearly passed out from the heat because it got up to 92 degrees inside our house last nightâ€¦.. itâ€™s gonna hurt yâ€™all when i start paying outside contractors to fix the things yâ€™all wonâ€™t fix and have to pay me back for it. We already got a lawyer cause what yâ€™all are pulling isnt totally legal. I have a mouth full of issues.

Horrible place to live 

This complex is not fit to live in. Theyâ€™re only concerned about the renovated units. Even those are falling apart. If your unit not being renovated it is what it is, then expecting rent. Itâ€™s time to get the news team out to interview. Itâ€™s not right!

Awful Living

Terrible from the start, Apartment was not cleaned at move in and that was during Covid. Rent went up $300 first year, went up $200 more second year, and my apartment is not even renovated, can't wait to move.

My overall experience has been horrible. I've lost a lot of material things due to others living here. My apartment is covered in mold after it flooded twice and no one came to do maintenance. I've lost furniture multiple times do to mold.My Ac unit is out and they only offered me a window unit for a 3 bedroom. Ceiling fan does not work in living room anymore and maintenance never came back to repair after stopping  by to look at it. I have not been offered a new unit. The only thing I was told is that I can break my lease since I was having so many problems but I'm having a time finding somewhere to go. Not to mention that every time it rains by balcony floods. There is a crack in the wall in my children room that causes it to rain in everytime it rains. Submitting maintenance request is only fulfilled months later. I really would like to be compensated for my mental health, stress and material things.

It started off pretty quiet & really nice. This year I've seen a drastic change.  The property management can never keep lights outside of the entrance door operating. I've put in at least 2-3 requests in about them. The final one was submitted in April of this year and I'm still fumbling with the key at my door because it's so dark. Early this month was a murder in the complex in the 1st week.  The 3rd week, it was a shooting. I expressed my concerns about feeling unsafe & nothing has been done so I'm choosing to move.

This is NOW Do yâ€™all know yâ€™all trapping the mold spores in unable to air which now yâ€™all will have carbon dioxide now.. Your entire company is horrible greedy gremlins. Shut it DOWN Move the people!! Have your company notify everyone that lives in this unit? No you havenâ€™t

Transparency: Seemingly high turnover rate of office staff, maintenance and groundskeepers. Months slow to non emergency work order requests. Trash ALWAYS overflowing at dumpsters except for the first few days after it has been dumped. Occasional raccoons. No tour of amenities such as laundry facilities, pools, gym club house ( if more is offered, I'm unaware). After finding the gym, some equipment was broken and I noticed there was no trash can, spray or paper towels to sanitize after use. The next time I tried, instead of the keypad there was a standard lock and knob ( no access). Dangerously dark breezeway (reported lights were out, still not fixed. Trash on vacant unit patios since pipe burst in winter. Breezeway and dumpster areas need to be power washed. Possums, snakes, and a plethora of frogs near units by wooded area. Trash thrown over fence ( eyesore).
Frequent (at least once per month) police presence for reasons other than patrol. 
Wondering why I stay?
I promised my children that I wouldn't make them switch schools during high school. Just enduring for the moment.

If they would clean up, maintain, and respond in a timely fashion, it wouldn't be a bad place to stay (depending on your neighbors).

If there is security on site, they are seldom seen. Couldn't possibly be on duty 24 hours.
