Beautiful apartments and amenities
I have been at Creekside Hills for a year now, and I have been pleased overall with the experience. The apartment itself is beautiful. The kitchen has lovely, solid cabinets and gorgeous countertops. The bedrooms are very large for an apartment, and there is a ton of closet space. Two closets (one of which is a walk-in) in the master, and a very large closet in the second bedroom, a large storage closet off the dining room, a nice-sized pantry and a coat closet. That's the most I've ever seen in any apartment I've lived in. I've only ever had one maintenance request that I can recall, and it was responded to within hours. The staff have been very responsive to resident feedback, including addressing the parking issues and installing a small dog park in which residents can let their four-legged roommates run free. The amenities are nice as well -- the gym is well-stocked and never too crowded to find a machine, and the pool is beautiful and well-maintained. As for the reivews complaining about neighbor noise, I have not noticed anything moreso than what you hear in any apartment complex. We live near a family with two small children, and I hardly hear a peep from them, so if residents are having issues with children in neighboring apartments, I think that reflects more on the parents than the apartments. Apartment living is never perfect - there's always a lot of people, a lot of cars, and a lot of differing opinions. But in my opinion, I love my home and all that it has to offer.Share This Review
