Parking sucks, management is spineless, walls are paper thin, etc.

I have lived in this place for 9 months (moved here for a new job) waiting for my house to sell so I can buy a new one. Where should I begin? ... There are not enough parking spaces, people park in violation of the rules, and rules are not enforced by management. Insted of enforcing the towing policy I havce been told by management "we'll put a note on their car." That's great, but where do I park in the meantime? Their grand solution ... let's redraw the parking spaces, make them narrower and squeeze more cars in (the spaces are already more narro than city code requires). I have already recived two door dings in 9 months - oh yeah, making the spaces narrowere will help!! I can hear the people above me at all hours of the night (their dog sounds like an elephant), the people next to me play their music loud enough that the bass shakes the walls, the people across the hall have 4 kids ranging from 11 years to 9 months and they are left alone most of the day to run and scream up and down the stairs. (ever herad of birth control?) The bathtubs continually become clogged. I have to call maintenance once a month to un-clog the drain. I was told "it was designed incorrectly" - then fix it morons. The pool is supposed to be for residents, but it is constantly overrun by the friends/relatives of the unemployed residents who won't look for a job but will hang out at the pool all day. They break pool furniture, break bottles in the pool, and even though management knows who did it - management does nothing. This place might as well be Section 8 housing. I don't know who is writing the reviews saying this place is wonderful, but if I had to guess I would say it is management trying to get suckers to move in. One word of advice - keep looking for something better. Don't just come here because it is the cheapest - you will regret it. Like the old saying goes ... "You get what you pay for."
