Not bad at all for apartment living

I have read some of the other comments below and if you abide by the policies, parking is not an issue. Personally I don't want to live at a place that is just a big parking lot. If I have to walk a bit further, I would rather do this than have management make the spots smaller, to allow for more parking and take a chance of my new car dinged up. It's NC - it's not that cold and Apex is a pretty safe town. It does not kill myself or anyone else to walk a little. It's good for the heart. Complaining is not. I believe that management is doing everything they can regarding the parking. As far as hearing people make out, perhaps this person should get a significant other so that they are not so bitter. You do hear some things in your neighbors apartments. I make noise too. We live in APARTMENTS! I for one have lived at Creekside Hills Apartments and I love my breezeway and my neighbors. A great place to live and I have recommended it to many co-workers and friends.
