Noise and Parking ruin it

The actual apartment layout is pretty nice. Our unit was relatively new, well thought out floorplan and all fixtures worked properly. Despite that, I can't wait to move out. Noise - Be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do, particularly your upstairs neighbors. There doesn't seem to be any pet restriction, so you get the joy of listening to the dog upstairs bark and howl for hours when its owners leave the house. If anyone plays music, you hear it. We've been woken up consistently this week at 6:00am from our neighbor playing rap music. Parking - About 1/3 of the vehicles are huge pickups or construction vehicles which don't fit in the spaces. My car has received several dents in the lot already. If someone isn't careful when they park (which happens often), they will take up two spaces or block you from getting in your car. There is not enough reserved parking for tenants (each apartment gets one permit space), so if you come home late you often have to drive around or park next to said construction vehicles/monster trucks. If you want to have friends or family come over at night, forget it, because there is nowhere for them to park. If you're a loud and inconsiderate person, you'll fit right in here.
