HORRIBLE! Run Far Far Away

I lived here for a year. I did not renew my lease because it was the nastiest place I ever lived. Here is why: 1. The apartment smelled SICK when we moved in. It reeked of smoke and cat pee. They put in the ozone machine to clean it, but it did nothing. All of our clothes smelled horrible all of the time, even after painting. The walls and showers were black with smoke from the prior tenant. 2. Management said it was okay to paint tan and light green and not have to paint it back. THIS WAS A LIE. We had to pay $250 for specialty paint at Sherwin Williams to paint the cheap crappy dump back to hospital white when we left. 3. There are bugs and mold. Enough said. 4. Our neighbors were constantly drunk, high, dealing drugs, etc. We had to call the police at least 10 times in the year we lived there. 5. Management is really rude. They roll their eyes and ignore requests. So, eventually, we started to be rude back, because we were sick of them. 6. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. I heard many babies get conceived during my year there. Catch my drift? I could also hear my neighbors peeing. GROSS. 7. Management would not help with noise violations. They just kept telling us to retaliate and make noise back. Umm, no. Overall, this place is hell on earth. Go live somewhere else! Only redeeming factor was Bam, the handy man.
