Do not rent here you will regret

I lived here for one year. Below are the issues; Noise You can hear your neighbors even if they flush their toilet or just talking, paper thin walls. You will regret it until your lease end. They will do nothing to address the issues. Management is very unprofessional, rude, no help except when they sign your lease. Especially the new manager she needs to understand voice of the customer and needs basic management training. Parking is Horrible. Good luck getting parking after 9:00 PM. You will be given a parking permit. If you lose you pay, if you park in the wrong side you will be towed and you will pay $190.00 to get your car back. If you miss your rent by one day they will charge you @ market rate. Expect to pay around $300.00 over your current rate. Only good thing is their maintenance crew, they are more professional than the management team, very courteous and friendly and get the job done. I will never recommend this place to anyone period.
