My name is Angier Tioran and I am the Property Manager at Creekside Hills. I personally see it as HILARIOUS when I cant always bend the rules for residents and they get mad. I find it even more HILARIOUS when they try to trash me on the internet as an extra way to try and hurt my feelings, well its not going to work. I have residents who for the past several and I mean several months that constantly pay late or I would allow a partial payment to avoid filing evictions on them. I would rather have them owe me a smaller balance than for the whole thing, as well as, have an eviction on them. I have residents that complain to me about parking, I have residents who complain to me about noise, I have residents who complain to me about pet poop and I try to help everyone, but there are times when my hands get tied or there is no solution. I have never intentioanlly been rude to anyone nor will I. Some people need to understand their lease and what it actually states. Please understand I am not trying to be mean or rude. I am simply doing my job and this is a business not a side job that I do for fun. My boss and the owners pay me to follow the rules. In the past I have always been so giving and try every month to lend my hand out to see what I can do to to keep the peace in my community when residents have a problem or issue. I want nothing more than to have happy residents, but I know that I can't please everyone. If people dont like what I do, just know it wasnt my decision. I always get the final decision to any and everything from my bosses. No decision I make is ever remotley on me. Believe me I would love every resident to pay on time, never have community issues (parking, noise, etc.)but this is the way it is everywhere...I hope you can see that I am only doing my job and all the bad talk is really childish.
