I moved out and I suggest you do too

I lived there for 13 months and for the last 12 I wanted to move. I thought the rent was too high for the quality of the buildings and the maintenance people are low rate handymen at best. The paint used in each apartment is of the lowest quality and scuffs if you rub your finger on it. The carpet is basic crappy carpet and when we moved in you could tell it wasn't new. The parking doesn't accommodate the residents, and god forbid you park in the wrong spot and your car is towed. I have had problems with hearing the neighbors since the second week of moving in and management has heard at least a dozen complaints between me and my spouse and has done nothing to solve the problem. I have a large breed dog and they are pet friendly, and that's the only reason we stayed through our lease. You would have a better quality of life not living in Creekside Hills and you can find way cheaper and better quality living in Cary or Raleigh. I spent the last two days of my lease cleaning the apartment so it would be move in ready and as soon as the keys were out of my hands the management proceeded to charge me for anything and everything they could without cause or justification. When confronted Angier, (Apartment Manager)pushed all the responsibility on the maintenance men and when they were confronted they blamed the carpet company for replacing the carpet. The Apartments are ran by fools and they could care less about you the minute the ink is dry on the leasing agreement, your not important anymore and your needs will not be met.
