Don't Do It!

Oh my god I hate this place!!! I typically don't write reviews however, I feel the need to let people know what they're getting into. The new management company "Colonial Village" is money hungry and as another person put it, "does not care about your quality of living". They put hundreds upon hundreds of dollars into "improving" the property however all they have done is moved trees, painted buildings and pissed off their residents,. They have taken away more than they have added and in the process made many people miserable. They've taken away the rent drop box, cut office hours making it more difficult for you to pay your rent, gave then took away recycling, canceled valet waste, complain if you have anything (really anything at all) outside your apartment door, hired unknowledgeable staff and are now enforcing an absolutely unreasonable parking policy. Onto the parking.... If you like to walk, come live here. Each apartment is given 1 parking pass. If you have more than one car the other car needs to fight with the rest of the residents for Visitor spots or park as far as possible from their apartment. Yes, if you live here your technically a visitor! If you don't abide by the rules your car will be towed away like a mass repo in the middle of the night by a team of 20 year olds and hauled away on a flatbed truck that is located across the street in the elementary school parking lot. I ve lived here for 3 years and I can t wait to move out at the end of my lease.
