Resident 2013

12/31/2013

When I read the reviews about the parking and such I was a little concerned but I knew Apex was a great town with great schools so I didn't let that get to me. There are parking issues however I was in the front buildings that face Olive Chapel and parking was not bad over there. If you are a late night type person parking probably will be an issue depending on what building you're in, but I had that issue in other apartments too. You can rent a space, there's one in front of every building, for about 15 - 20 a month and it's your designated space. Garages on site and worth it! Washer/dryer in unit, wouldn't have it any other way! Kitchen had ample space and everything was very clean when we moved in. I lived facing the pool and it was great! We could see when the pool was too crowded or just right to head down. With the door closed you couldn't hear a thing. Most of the time you have your air on in the summer so you'd have it closed. Unit was clean and great closet space! We were close to the clubhouse and gym too! If you have a package delivered to the front office because you're not home, they put it in a locked closet and get it for you and you sign for it. Last place I lived anyone could go in and get it so this was appreciated! Office was always responsive and kind. We recommend this apartment. :) Oh and this apartment is Colonial Village now not Creekside Hills
