The community looks beautiful. I noise level of the tenants and the recent break in and damages that were being done to the cars is not a good thing.
There is not enough parking so be aware of that. If you are not wanting to fight over finding a parking space near your home or if you have guests that you will want to entertain then this is not a good choice. All spots are always taken even the visitors that is no way near the buildings in a decent manner.
They keep the area clean. Also, some of the new tenants are questionable. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the recent vandalism on the vehicles and thefts.
All in all, not the best choice. Now days houses are renting for the same amount. Your better off renting a house!
