I do not reccomend this place. They nickel and dime u to death. My rent went from 880 to 1100 in 2 years! The noise is so bad I had to purchase 2 white noise machines. Parking is a total nightmare. I even tried reserving a parking space to avoid this issue. However, people park in my space ALL THE TIME and when I call the office to report it they direct me to the tow truck company. I don't wish to have anyone's car towed so I usually give people a break and just leave a courtesy notice on their windshield asking them not to park in that space because I pay to park there. However, when 1 particular tenant chose to ignore my courtesy notices and continued to park there everyday for a week straight I ended up calling the office again. They said they would handle it. Needless to say nothing happened so I ended up walking 100 yds in the rain at night with 6 grocery bags. The police are constantly in this neighborhood and I don't know why. I just grew accustomed to seeing them a couple times a month. It makes u feel uneasy. And the office staff are decent. They certainly will not go out of their way to help you but they are not rude either. I've never had issues with bugs. My house is spotless so there's no complaint there. Before u move here plz weigh ur options and do ur hmwk because u will probably regret moving here. There r more cons than pros. I'm just giving u a heads up!!!
