Apartment was not ready when promised, but staff did their best to accommodate us. The complex itself is nice, and the location is fantastic. The noise we hear above us is ridiculously loud but I am not sure how that compares to other complexes in the area. It also may be because we have a 3 bedroom apartment and there are likely several kids above us. The lease break situation is not logical. Ends up we are leaving sooner than we expected, and it would cost us MORE to break the lease we are in than to just let the apartment sit empty for the remainder of our lease. Seems like a waste and not beneficial to anyone to have an empty apartment sit in a complex that is 97% full with no more apartments available in this size, but its not my business.
